After that, we'll build something that fits your life

Every coaching relationship starts the same way.

The first step is reaching out through my contact form. From there, we'll schedule a free 30-minute consultation over Zoom or FaceTime.

You'll tell me a little about what's bringing you here, what's been helpful, what's been frustrating, and what you're hoping coaching might look like. I'll answer your questions, tell you honestly whether I think I'm the right fit, and if I'm not, I'll do my best to point you in a direction that might be more helpful.

Reach out

first things first

I don't have a giant intake packet or a thirty-step process. Instead, we'll spend the first couple of sessions getting to know the landscape.

I want to understand your story, but I also want to understand your actual life. What does an average day look like? What's taking up your energy? What already works? What doesn't? Where do you feel stuck? What kind of support do you already have? What are you tired of hearing? What do you wish people understood?

I'm less interested in fitting you into a framework than I am in understanding how you move through the world.

Your first few sessions

and then

No two coaching relationships look exactly alike. For one person, that might mean meeting weekly to create routines that feel manageable. For someone else, it might mean shorter check-ins throughout the week for accountability around ongoing goals. In some cases, it may even make sense to meet in your home to work through challenges in the environment where they're actually happening.

Maybe we're rebuilding routines. Maybe we're working alongside your therapist to make exposure homework feel more doable. Maybe we're untangling a treatment decision, finding ways to reconnect with friends, or finally tackling the room that's been impossible to face.

As we work together, we'll continue adjusting our approach based on what's helpful and what isn't. You'll have plenty of opportunities to tell me what's clicking, what feels off, and what you'd like more or less of. I'd much rather adjust our approach than expect you to force yourself into one that doesn't.

We'll figure out what actually helps

and then

Neither does coaching. If you're not sure where to start, that's completely okay. We'll begin with your story and go from there.
